Planet Description
Pefu is a frozen, artic ice ball of a planet. Its severely low temperatures are too much for most too handle. Strong winds blow constantly, and blizzards are powerful and frequent. A few small settlements are scattered about, with the only city of significance being the capital, which contains the royal palace now ruled by a saiyan governor.
Inhabitants
The saiyans have made Pefu a colony instead of destroying it for its resources. While the planet's surface may be covered in ice, it has a rich deposit of resources practically untouched beneath the packed ice and glaciers. The actual natives are small, weak, and usually dominated by the saiyans. The only advantage they have is the ability to withstand extreme cold of their home planet. Key Locations
